3 sided skirt measures approx. 25in wide x 21in back x 12" tall. 4 sided measures approx. 25in all the way around. Both fit most standard tree stands (we have one on a 9' tree and it fits perfectly).
3 sided will fold onto it self for easy storage and set up. 4 sided will be two separate foldable pieces for easy storage and set up around the tree.
